[RSC] RSC officially gains two new members SMWC and OVU as of July 1

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- With the calendar turning to July 1, 2021, the River States Conference officially gained two new members -- St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Ind.) College and Ohio Valley (W.Va.) University.
