[Men's Basketball] Robert Ford Named SXU Men's Basketball Head Coach

CHICAGO – After an extensive nationwide search, Robert Ford has been named the head coach for the Saint Xavier University men's basketball program. Ford becomes the seventh head coach for the Cougars since the program tipped off for the first time in 1970-71. He arrives at SXU after being the head coach at NCAA Division II Salem University in Salem, West Virginia for the past two seasons with a record of 24-14 and was with the Tigers since 2017-18 as an assistant coach and was named associate head coach in 2018-19.
