GULF SHORES, Ala. – Traia Hubbard of Dakota State (S.D.) made her second straight NAIA Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Championships Thursday. She competed in the shot-put on the second day of the 41st annual women's national outdoor meet held at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium.
