[Women's Flag Football] Warriors fall to Spires; Regroup to Shutout Buffaloes

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. – Midland University's women's flag football team took on the University of St. Mary and Milligan University on Friday afternoon. The Warriors faced off against the Spires for the third time this season and like the previous two, fell to their KCAC rival in a close 30-13 game. Midland would rebound from the setback with an 86-0 drubbing of the Buffaloes of Milligan in their second game of the season at Leavenworth, Kansas. Midland's record moves to 5-8 overall and 2-6 in conference play.
