[Women's Golf] Women's golf in seventh place at Music City Invite after the first round

COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team sits in seventh place at the Music City Invitational hosted by Cumberland (Tenn.) at Twelve Stones Golf Club. The Blue Raiders combined to shoot 333 at the par-72, 6,025-yard design.

Claire McLaughlin proved to be the Blue Raiders best golfer after opening the invite with an eight-over-par 80 stroke round to sit in a tie for eighth place. Megan Mann finished one stroke behind McLaughlin with an 81 to tie for 11th.
