BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – On the opening day of the Mid-South Conference Women's Bowling Championships, Pikeville (Ky.) swept the Singles and Doubles Awards. The team of Emily Tull and Nicole Gilbert took home the doubles title, while Tull won the women's singles stepladder event.
Over five individual games to qualify for the stepladder finals, Tull led all bowlers in the field with a pin total of 1,104. She averaged a score of 220.8 over five games over 200 in every game with a high of 238 in the fifth game.
