The women's basketball program at Shawnee State put four players in double-figures, including a team-high 20 points from Brandie Snow, but failed to claim victory as the Bears fell to Lindsey Wilson by a 84-71 margin on Saturday afternoon at Waller Gymnasium in Portsmouth.
For the contest, Shawnee State (22-4, 9-3 MSC) shot 53.8 percent from the floor (30-of-72) and held Lindsey Wilson (21-4, 10-2 MSC) to a 41.7 percent shooting mark from the floor, but were outrebounded by a 33-25 mark and committed 21 turnovers as a unit in the loss.
