Ouch! Southern Miss fans...

Was just perusing the fan boards (random search of "La Tech") and saw this posted on another board:

From a poster called "TheGoldStandard":

"The general consensus here is if we go somewhere we want away from tech. We see now why UL wants nothing to do with them and their tax funded program"

general consensus? What's this animosity all about? I guess I missed something...as I've always enjoyed USM fans and tried to be cordial with them. Is that truly the "general" consensus? If so, why?
