[Powerlifting] Trio of Warriors Win National Raw Titles as Powerlifting Season Begins

LOMBARD, Ill. – Midland University began their powerlifting season over the past week as they sent a select group to compete in the USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals in Lombard, Illinois. The Warriors sent seven athlete to lift against the best lifters in the country.
Kloie Doublin, Austin Perkins, and Samantha Jayes all won national championships in the respective divisions. Doublin won the Women's Junior title at 72 kg Perkins was the top lifter in the Men's Junior 74 kg division. Jayes won the Women's Teen III title at 72 kg.
