Asheville, N.C. - Bryan is the favorite to win the 2019-20 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Championship for the fourth straight time, according to the AAC Coaches' Preseason Poll released Monday.
The Buffaloes of Milligan are picked to finish second in the AAC. Milligan received one first-place vote to earn 180 voting points.
