[Women's Soccer] Point Wins at Home against the Montreat Cavaliers

West Point, Ga.—Point University Women's Soccer team shut out conference foe Montreat Cavaliers Saturday afternoon at River Bowl Stadium. They improved their record 4-7-1 overall and 2-5-1 in the Appalachian Athletic Conference after a 2-0 win. Jasmine Marquez (SR/Savannah, Ga.) found the net at the 30-minute mark of the game with an assist from Kiery Bonilla (SO/Winder, Ga.). The score stayed 1-0 until Kiery Bonilla kicked in another goal with assists from Sabria Marquez (SR/Savannah, Ga.) and Vanessa Lara (JR/Dalton, Ga.) with 61:48 left in the game.
