[Baseball] UAV Overcome UBC Rally to Advance to Title Game
What looked like a smooth path for Antelope Valley to the California Pacific Conference Baseball Championship title game turned rocky late in the game, but the Pioneers overcame a determined comeback by British Columbia to end up running away with a wild 11-inning 14-7 victory and a spot in tomorrow's tournament finale at HoHoKam Stadium in Mesa, Ariz. UBC rallied for seven runs over the final two innings to force extra play, the second straight tournament game the Thunderbirds have had to play 11 innings.
