[Women's Track & Field] Foster wins Jamestown Half Marathon, qualifies for nationals

Allison Foster (SR/Rugby, N.D.) qualified for the marathon at the 2019 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in May, winning the first annual Jamestown Half Marathon on Tuesday.
