PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Second-seeded Shawnee State (Ohio) advanced to its fifth-consecutive MSC title game with an 80-63 victory over No.6 seed Georgetown (Ky.) Sunday at the East Kentucky Expo Center.
Bailey Cummins scored a game-high 22 points. Hannah Miller and Hagen Schaefer were the other Bears (24-8) in double figures with 19 and 12 respectively. As a team Shawnee State shot 48.4 percent from the field and 57.1 percent from beyond the arc.
