[Women's Volleyball] V-Hawks Hold Off Cougars in NAIA Pool Play Opener Win

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – #7-ranked Viterbo Women's Volleyball won the first game of the pool play round of the NAIA National Championship at the Tyson Events Center on Tuesday. The V-Hawks won both games in the season series against the Cougars. Viterbo has won the first game of pool play in each of their six NAIA National Championship appearances. Viterbo improved to an overall record of 30-6. Saint Xavier fell to a 28-10 season record.
