[Women's Basketball] No. 20 Scots Prepare For Home Opener Versus Bobcats
BATESVILLE, Ark. – The 20th-ranked Lyon College women's basketball team opened up its 2018-19 season by splitting its two games at the Grand View Classic in Des Moines, Iowa on Nov. 3-4. The Scots fell, 62-58, to (RV) William Penn in their season opener, but secured a 71-64 win over (RV) Grand View to close out the Classic.
Lyon will play its final non-conference tune-up on Tuesday night when the Scots host College of the Ozarks at 5:30 p.m. before opening up American Midwest Conference play this weekend at Hannibal-LaGrange.
