[Volleyball] Point Volleyball Makes AAC Semifinal for Second Consecutive Season

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Point University volleyball (24-11), seeded number two, defeated number six-seeded Montreat College (15-19), 25-27, 25-12 and 25-22 in a quarterfinal match, Nov. 8, at the MeadowView Marriott Conference Resort & Convention Center in Kingsport, Tenn., and advanced to the  semifinal round of the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament for the second consecutive season.  The Skyhawks have won 19 of their last 23 matches and have registered a school-record 24 victories this season, including Thursday's quarterfinal win.
