KANSAS CITY, Mo. — William Penn University, the three-time defending conference regular-season champion, is ranked No. 1 in the 2018-19 Heart of America Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Coaches' Preseason Poll, released on Thursday (Oct. 25) morning. The Statesmen joined the Heart prior to the 2015-16 season and have enjoyed immediate success either winning or sharing the league title in all three previous campaigns.
