[Men's Soccer] Pinto Pushes Lions Past Hope International

COSTA MESA, Calif. - Vanguard returned home for its second GSAC matchup of the year. Following a 1-2 double overtime loss to The Master's last week, the Lions aimed to get its first conference win of the 2018 campaign. Vanguard came into the game with a 5-3-1 record and overall 21-5 record against the Royals. Hope International, 5-5 and 1-1 in conference, came in off a 5-0 win over William Jessup. Isaac Pinto provided the spark the Lions needed, netting the first goal of the game in the second half. Vanguard went on to win 3-0.
