[Women's Soccer] Point Women's Soccer Battles to 1-1 Overtime Draw at Montreat

BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. – Point University women's soccer, coached by Randy Douglas (18th season) scored early in the 14th minute and Montreat tied the score at 1-1 late in the 28th minute of the first half and the sides battled through the last 82 minutes of regulation and two overtime periods and finished in a 1-1 Appalachian Athletic Conference draw, Sept. 18, in Pulliam Stadium in Black Mountain, N.C.  Later this week, Point plays another AAC match, Saturday, Sept. 22, at Union College in Barbourville, Ky., at 5 p.m.
