BART Thread

I see that there is bus replacement for the stretch of track between West Oakland and Lake Merritt Stations, which is how I get to games from San Francisco generally.

Please do your own research if you are planning on getting to the game via BART but I thought I would open up a thread that people can drop what they know about getting to the game while work is being done--things to expect and hazards to keep in mind.
