[Softball] Bats Come Alive to Secure 13th Sweep of the Season

MESA, Ariz. — An all around dominant performance from No. 5-ranked Vanguard University shut down the Redhawks of Benedictine University at Mesa, securing the Pride's thirty-first and thirty-second wins on the season. Vanguard improves to 32-2 overall while Mesa drops to 12-20. The sweep comes as Vanguard's thirteenth of the season and the second sweep of the Redhawks this year. Two big home runs helped the Lions post their first win of the day, while thirteen runs in three innings in game two put the sweep within reach.
