[Women's Basketball] Point is #3 Seed in AAC Tournament; Plays #6 Allen in Quarterfinal, Feb. 22

WEST POINT, GA: Point University women's basketball (21-8; 18-6 AAC), coached by Tory Wooley (Fifth season; 99-57), received the number three seed in the Appalachian Athletics Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Championships, Feb. 22-24, and will play sixth-seeded Allen University (19-11; 14-10 AAC) in one of four quarterfinal games, Thursday, Feb. 22, at 9:15 p.m.  The championships are hosted by the Kingsport Convention and Visitors Bureau at the Meadowview Conference Resort and Convention Center in Kingsport, Tenn.
