[Women's Lacrosse] Tigers slow start too much to overcome against Blue Devils

Georgetown College lacrosse opened its difficult home slate with No. 2 Lawrence Tech Sunday. The No. 4 Tigers (3-1) had a slow start from which they could never recover. The Blue Devils (1-1) scored eight of the first 10 goals and held off a fast-pace GC group for the 17-9 win at Toyota Stadium.

Avery Blackmon paced the home team with six goals and one assist. She also had four ground balls and 13 draw controls.
