[Women's Golf] UHV women in ninth after one round at Jacobs event

Leah Lerma (FR/Mission, TX) helped paced the University of Houston-Victoria women's golf team to a ninth-place finish Sunday after the first round of the Claud Jacobs Invitational at the Club at Colony Creek.

Lerma finished in the top 20 posting a 7-over par 79 to tie for 19th and help the Jaguars post a 343 team score to stand ninth in the 12-team field.
