POLL: J.D.-Inspired Defection From CFB Game Jumps

Continued voting in the latest FenwayNation Poll shows a rise in the percentage of people who would 'jump ship' on tonight's Georgia-Alabama game if a hypothetical Red Sox signing of J.D. Martinez happened during the National Championship game. As the chart shows, the "defection rate" now stands at 77%—nearly four in five readers. On the flip side, about one reader in seven (14%) says they would not switch channels and 8% could go either way.
