[Women's Basketball] AQ Battles GVSU Tough Before Falling, 68-55
The Aquinas women's basketball team put forth a strong effort against NCAA Division II Grand Valley State on the road in Allendale on Tuesday afternoon (Dec. 19) before falling to the host Lakers by a 68-55 final. The Saints outshot GVSU and outscored the Lakers in two of the four quarters on Tuesday, but dropped the non-conference contest.
