[Women's Soccer] Women's Soccer Match Halted by Weather after First Half

MCPHERSON, Kan. – The Mid-America Christian University women's soccer team was slated to take to the field at Central Christian College on Saturday afternoon for a match against the Tigers, but Mother Nature had other ideas.

MACU and CCC played the first 45 minutes without incident, though much later than originally scheduled after a lengthy delay prior to the men's match, but lightning struck at halftime, and the officials called an end to play for the day, leaving the field and ending the proceedings.
