Mudcats blank Winston-Salem on Wednesday
Three Mudcats pitchers held the Dash's offense to six hits in Carolina's 7-0 win on Wednesday night at BB&T Ballpark. Jordan Yamamoto spun six strong innings on the mound, yielding four hits and one walk while striking out eight, tied for his season-high. Luke Barker and Parker Berberet tossed the final three innings for the Mudcats and combined to give up just two hits while fanning four.
