SEMA 2015 Debut: BMW Z4 GT Continuum

HAWTHORNE, CA.  (October 22, 2015) – Bulletproof Automotive announces their 15 year anniversary project - the Bulletproof Automotive BMW Z4 GT Continuum. With a world debut scheduled in the Toyo Tires booth, the Z4 GT Continuum is sure to be one of the most talked about cars at SEMA.

Continuum represents 15 years of Bulletproof’s evolution and the vast influences of Bulletproof’s deep-rooted JDM tuning philosophy. A decade ago Bulletproof’s “The Real JDM” magazine column defined JDM tuning not as a country of origin, but rather as a philosophy and a specific mindset. This mindset transcends distance and time, as evidenced in project Continuum.

In the 15 years since Bulletproof began, the “The Real JDM” tuning philosophy has reached the far ends of the earth, exciting millions of fans and influencing car builds of all shapes and sizes. To make the continuum complete, the Z4 GT Continuum looks backwards to the open cockpit days of vintage motorsport for inspiration. The end result is a German vehicle, tuned in a Japanese aesthetic, with a past meets future blend of design.

The Z4 GT Continuum expands on that foundation and adds even more to the sensory experience by creating an open cockpit design that references back to vintage race cars of the 1950s.
