INDIANAPOLIS — The centerpiece of the NFL scouting combine is right in the name. It's about the teams getting a chance to scout prospects for the upcoming draft. However, the combine in many ways serves as a league-wide convention. General managers and head coaches from almost all of the 32 teams, including the Browns, will be in Indianapolis.
