There was plenty of action to look back on from the past week. Here are the top prep performers from the week of Feb. 16-21 in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties. There won’t be a set number of players chosen in each sport in a given week, just including performances which stood out and deserve recognition. This means there might be more or less than the week previous. Another criteria is to limit selections to one player per team, per sport.
