First weekend of match play wraps up at 2026 Post-Standard Masters bowling tournament
Updated: Feb. 15, 2026, 8:33 p.m. By syracuse.com | The Post-Standard Syracuse, N.Y. — Six bowlers are still vying for this year’s Post-Standard Masters bowling title after the first weekend of match play competition wrapped Sunday. The two remaining undefeated bowlers are Dean Distin and Dave Jecko. Distin won the event in 2000 and finished second in 1994. Jecko won in 2020 and was runner-up in 2024. Remaining bowlers in the once-defeated bracket are Mike Schardt, TJ Mento, Robert Mushtare and Joshua Kierpiec. Match play will continue noon Saturday at AMF Strike ‘N Spare in Syracuse.
