Freshman star drops 28 points as Chelsea gets revenge in rematch showdown
CHELSEA – Drew Cabana is used to the pressure and expectations to deliver. It’s been at the forefront of his development as a basketball star since he began playing the game, and it’s what has fueled his transformation into a freshman sensation. The Chelsea boys basketball standout didn’t let the pressure get to him on Tuesday. In fact, he thrived on it to lead the Bulldogs to a crucial 62-56 win over Ypsilanti Lincoln at home. Not only did his 28-point performance help Chelsea snap Lincoln’s 14-game winning streak; it also helped the Bulldogs draw closer in the race for the Southeastern Conference White title. “It’s a big win,” Cabana said.
