There will be an outlier here and a late commitment there, but most teams have wrapped up their business ahead of spring practices, Since there is no spring transfer portal window this year, that means rosters are close to complete. Missouri football has signed 28 players so far, starting with Oregon cornerback Jahlil Florence back on Jan. 5 and most recently with Ole Miss wide receiver Cayden Lee on Jan. 24.
