Chippewa Hills teams split in hoops contests against Big Rapids

REMUS – Chippewa Hills basketball teams braved the cold on Friday night, as both the men’s and women’s teams took on CSAA league-rival Big Rapids. Chippewa Hills girls fell in the first contest of the night, 53-29, while the boys made a statement en route to a 64-48 win. Offense comes up short for Lady Warriors. Chippewa Hills ran into the better team on Friday night against Big Rapids, as it recorded their second lowests scoring total of the season.
