ORCHARD PARK - Ever since it became clear that Patrick Mahomes and the arch nemesis Kansas City Chiefs were out of their way, there’s been this perception that the Buffalo Bills now have an easy path though the AFC to qualify for their first Super Bowl appearance since January 1994. Not only is Josh Allen free from his four-time January tormentor, Mahomes, he also won’t have to worry about Joe Burrow and the Bengals (who beat the Bills in 2022) or Lamar Jackson of the Ravens, both of whom are also on their way to sunny vacation spots in the days to come.
