In a battle of state-ranked teams, Division 1 fourth-ranked Eisenhower rallied back from an early 1-0 deficit to ice Division 2 10th-ranked St. Clair Shores Unified 5-2 Tuesday in a key Macomb Area Conference Red Division game at the St. Clair Shores Civic Arena Gardens.
