Ole Miss will face familiar foe at Fiesta Bowl in Carson Beck
OXFORD – To say Ole Miss has familiarity with the man lining up under center for Miami on Thursday would be an understatement. Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck started each of the previous two seasons at Georgia. He played Ole Miss in both 2023 and 2024: Beck completed 18 of 25 passes for 306 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the Bulldogs’ 52-17 victory in 2023 and completed 20 of 31 passes for 186 yards and an interception in a 28-10 Ole Miss win last season.
