Biff Poggi expects Michigan to have ‘significantly different roster’ for Citrus Bowl

Michigan interim head football coach Biff Poggi told local reporters on Monday there were only three opt-outs for the upcoming Citrus Bowl against Texas in Orlando, Fla. A day later, on a Texas-focused podcast, he said he would not be shocked if the Wolverines will have a depleted roster with at least two dozen out for the bowl game.
