Baltic pushback against Russian, Belarusian reinstatement

As both IOC-banned countries edge towards getting back into the competitive sports fold, three neighbouring Olympic committees recently sent a joint letter to President Kirsty Coventry asking her to reconsider the global body's latest recommendation.
