Final Drive: Lions’ latest crushing loss warrants long look in mirror
DETROIT — Defensive coordinator Kelvin Sheppard stood at the podium last Thursday and, for the umpteenth time this season, tried to distort reality. The question was about how the Los Angeles Rams’ rushing offense ran buck wild on the Lions in a loss on Dec. 14.
