PRESHO, S.D. — Lyman opened the season with a home victory over Gettysburg 65-36 on Saturday at the Lyman Gardens. For the Raiders, the Scott sisters combined for 44 points in the win, as Mak and Jordyn scored 22 points apiece. Mak Scott was 10-for-14 from the field and had 15 rebounds and four assists. Jordyn Scott was 10-for-16 from the field and added five rebounds, five assists, three steals and three blocked shots. Bree Smart had nine rebounds to help boost Lyman, which jumped out to a 23-5 lead after the first quarter. The Raiders shot 51.9% as a team in the win.
