Nebraska volleyball sat at the top of the AVCA rankings, Penn State sat right behind them as the reigning national champions, and took 21 first-place votes away from the Huskers. Only 41 adjusted points separated the two 2024 Big Ten co-champs. Wisconsin checked in at No. 8, likely to wreak havoc on the heavyweights at the top.
