Logan Chan Set for Monumental Global Muay Thai Debut
British Muay Thai sensation Logan Chan is set for a significant global debut at ONE Friday Fights 118 in August. The 21-year-old Edinburgh native will face undefeated Thai fighter Chama, who trains at the renowned Superbon Training Camp and boasts a perfect record of two wins in ONE Championship.
Chan views ONE Championship as the “world`s biggest stage,” attracting a vast international audience. “It`s not just Bangkok or Lumpini watching you on ONE; it`s the entire world,” Chan stated, highlighting the immense platform.
Despite the gravity of this opportunity, Chan maintains his consistent preparation, which has led to an impressive professional record of 24-1 and a #4 ranking in UK Muay Thai. He intentionally postponed his debut last year to prioritize his university studies and gain more combat experience.
Now, Chan confidently declares himself “100 percent ready” to showcase his abilities on the global stage, explaining, “I initially declined because of university and prior fight commitments at home, but I knew the opportunity would arise again. I simply wanted to ensure I was completely prepared and didn`t want to rush into it too soon.”
