È convocata l’assemblea della GIBA presso Palazzo Zambeccari, Via de’ Carbonesi n. 11 in Bologna alle ore 11.00 di Lunedì 15 Aprile 2024, con il seguente ordine del giorno:

1. Dichiarazione di apertura dell’assemblea GIBA 2024 e saluti istituzionali;
2. Consuntivo attività 2020/2024 – relazione morale e finanziaria del Presidente;
3. Rinnovo cariche sociali e direttivo per il prossimo quadriennio;
4. Programmazione attività quadriennio 2024/2028;
5. Illustrazione progetti GIBA 2024/2025;
6. Modifiche statutarie: illustrazione e deliberazione;
7. Approvazione bilancio;
8. Adempimenti amministrativi;
9. Eventuali e varie.
