Flavor Flav Skips ESPYs to Host Dinner for U.S. Women's Water Polo Team Ahead of Paris Olympics

Flavor Flav decided he had somewhere more important to be than the ESPYs this year – supporting the U.S. Women’s Water Polo Team ahead of the Olympics!

The Public Enemy hip-hop legend hosted a celebratory dinner for the team on Thursday night (July 12) at famed restaurant Craig’s LA in West Hollywood, Calif.

Flav joined U.S. Team captain Maggie Steffens and met up with restaurant owner Craig Susser while hyping up the team for their upcoming trip to Paris.

For the night out, Flav wore custom 5-hour ENERGY Cufflinks, which he filled with a shot of his favorite flavor, Grape Flavor Extra Strength.

Earlier this month, Flav announced that he’s sponsored both the Women’s and Men’s water polo teams for the next five years. He even organized some awesome gifts for the players!
