[Men's Volleyball] Krzyzak Named CCAC Player of the Year, No. 10 SXU Dominates CCAC Awards

CHICAGO – For the fourth year in a row, No. 10 ranked Saint Xavier University men's volleyball (22-4/12-1 CCAC) had a player named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Player of the Year. Freshman opposite hitter Oskar Krzyzak (Rzeszow, Poland/Szkota Mistrzostwa Sportowego Rzeszow) earned the award after totaling 314 kills on a .355 attack percentage (314-100-603), 96 digs, 54 blocks (10 solos) and 37 service aces for the Cougars. He was instrumental in helping SXU win the CCAC regular season championship for the third consecutive season and the CCAC Tournament Title for the third straight year and the fourth time in five seasons. Krzyzak was also named the CCAC Newcomer of the Year, as well as being named to the All-CCAC First Team. He joins former NAIA All-Americans Grant Ooms (2020-22), who won in 2020, Aaron Kummer (2017-21), who won in 2021, and Joe Lock (2022), who won last season.
