[Volleyball] Volleyball Wins Second Straight with Win over Knox

Galesburg, Illinois - October 18, 2018 - The Iowa Wesleyan volleyball team kept the momentum from Tuesday's win rolling last night. They traveled to Galesburg, Illinois to take on Knox College and came away with a 3-2 win over the Prairie Fire for their second straight win.
 

Knox opened the match with a 25-17 win over the Tigers in the first set.  Iowa Wesleyan put down eight kills but committed seven attack errors in the set. The Prairie Fire's offensive attack was more efficient with a .182 hitting percentage and 12 kills.
 

Iowa Wesleyan bounced back in the second set, however.  Knox had one more kill, but IW had just two attack errors while converting for 10 kills against the Prairie Fire.  This led to a 25-15 win for the Tigers in the second set and evened the match at 1-1.
