[Volleyball] No. 4 Midland Tops Volleyball in Final Home Game

Doane Volleyball hosted No. 4 Midland in the final home game of the season on Saturday afternoon in Crete. The Tigers battled tough early on but would eventually fall in straight sets, 25-19, 25-12, and 25-19.

Simonie Mendenhall (SR/Clancy, Mont.) led the Tigers with six kills and six total blocks. Jaime Renshaw (SR/Sioux Falls, S.D.) dished out 19 assists and picked up 12 digs, both team highs. Renshaw also collected the team's only ace serve.

Doane will close out the year on Tuesday, November 1, with a trip to Yankton, S.D., to take on Mount Marty at 7:30 PM.
